Last night, our favorite celebrities got together for the 2016 MTV Movie Awards.
Here at Celeb Secrets, we not only love to see which celebs walk away with an award. We absolutely love to see what these celebs are sporting on the red carpet. Some ensemble choices blew us away, while others fell a bit flat.
Here is our best and worst dressed 2016 MTV Movie Awards edition:
Kendall Jenner looks as fierce as ever; not that we expect anything less from her. Her high-low dress and thigh high laced heels are an amazing combination that really works for us.
Gigi Hadid may be rocking a pinstripe suit, but yellow accent and delicate heels makes this outfit extremely feminine. All in all, it really works for us.
Holland Roden also opted for pants, but the choice of royal blue truly made her stand out to us. The off-the-shoulder top and clutch tie the entire outfit together; she looks stunning.
Cara Delevingne also opted for pants. The sheer accents in her top and the pointed toe heels elevate the outfit to a new level, which have come to expect from Delevingne.
Brittany Snow looks ravishing in red. The deep v neckline makes this simple dress extremely sophisticated and made her really stand out on the red carpet.
Halsey’s choice of outfit is very hit or miss, depending on who you ask; we here at Celeb Secrets loved her choice. She is not one to dress safe and this risky choice really works for her and for us. This bold choice has a sophisticated element that we cannot overlook.
Molly Tarlov is embracing Spring with her choice of white dress. Her classic decisions were elevated by her statement earrings; this outfit works for us!
Brett Davern is our choice best dressed male. His classic suit paired with red sneakers made him stand out against all of the other males on the carpet.
Katie Stevens stayed in a monochromatic color pattern, but chose a dress with a bold decision. This dress was not safe like many others on the carpet and the risk was successful.
Laura Marano always impresses us. Her asymmetric dress with pink accent pieces is simple and yet bold all at the same time. We love this!
Michael J. Willett tried to embrace Spring with his floral choice, but this decision fell a little flat for us. The winter color-scheme made this suit something we weren’t huge fans of.
Brandon Wardell opted for a sweatsuit, which just did not work for us. This is a red carpet, not the gym; we want more than this.
Baddie Winkle opted for an outfit that was a little all over the place. We appreciate her ode to 90’s fashion, but we weren’t loving this outfit as a whole.
Mike Posner chose a fabulous crimson suit, but the choice of mask ruined this outfit for us. We are concerned that we may have nightmares from this one; that mask is terrifying.
Tyler Posey showed off his personality with his “I want my MTV” onesie and we applaud him for that. As fun as this outfit is, we are looking for a carpet look, not a bedtime look.
Well there you have it, our 2016 MTV Movie Awards best and worst dressed. Who do you think should have made our list? Make sure you tweet us your thoughts!
