NYC got a taste of POISON this past Thursday (Oct. 29) when 5 Seconds of Summer hit the stage for their special concert at the iHeart Radio Theater in Tribeca on October 29th. Of course, they just happened to be special guests during iHeartRadio’s special Halloween edition of their series iHeartRadio Live.
5SOS, the band who is always known for going above and beyond with Halloween costumes, knew they had to exceed everyone’s expectations — and oh boy did they deliver.
The boys of the band portrayed themselves as the 4 original members of the band Poison. They came out on stage and performed in their entire setlist in their get ups. Wigs and all. Hilarious right?
The band’s costume choice was even acknowledged by Poison’s front man Bret Michaels. He tweeted:

But of course this event wasn’t just about their costumes — it was also about their music. 5SOS performed a whopping 12 songs for their fans and even gave them a few opportunities to ask some quick questions in between songs.
