Forrest Wheeler has been making us L-O-L since season one of Fresh Off the Boat, which is why we weren’t surprised when he continued to deliver some hilarious jokes throughout the beginning of season two.

Forrest Wheeler plays Emery Huang, the middle son of Louis and Jessica and the cooler younger brother of Eddie. After the family’s big move to a new neighborhood, Emery is now the cool, popular kid who loves the ladies!

CelebSecrets4U caught up with Forrest to get the inside scoop on what Emery has been up to since season two aired on September 22nd.

“Emery has been going to school, meeting more (girl) friends and is excited for the upcoming Huang family celebrations,” he said.

The young actor also told us what it’s like to work on the set of the show, how he earned a black belt in Karate and what he likes to do in his spare time. He also teased us with some info about upcoming guest stars on the show — make sure to check out the interview below!

Forrest’s first acting class was at the age of seven, and in just a few years, has developed a thriving career working on numerous commercials, live performances, talk shows, voice-overs and several TV Shows including Community, New Girl and Chasing Life.

Forrest’s first job on the big screen was in The Incredible Burt Wonderstone as a Cambodian boy who is presented a rabbit as a pet and takes it home to his family for dinner. His also had roles in Mortal Kombat: Legacy II and in the popular movie Such Good People.

Fresh Off the Boat airs Tuesday, November 10th at 8:30 PM ET/PT on ABC.

Check out a sneak peek from tonight’s episode below.

CS4U: What can we expect from him and the rest of the family in the upcoming episodes?

Forrest Wheeler:  You can expect more crazy antics from the Huang family and more developed characters.

CS4U: What’s your favorite part about working on this show?

Forrest Wheeler: Working on the same character is fun because Emery and I can grow together on set. Emery is a really cool guy!

CS4U: Shaq just appeared in an episode, which is amazing! Can we expect any more exciting guest stars?

Forrest Wheeler: Yes, Shaq is amazing! Jeremy Lin was in one episode and there’s a big music name coming up!!!

CS4U: One of your fans suggested the writers of the show make an episode that focuses specifically on Emery. If it was up to you, what would happen to Emery in the episode? What would the story be?

Forrest Wheeler: Emery would be a superhero who saves the whole neighborhood from some kind of imminent destruction that was probably started by Eddie.

CS4U: You have a black belt in Karate and you’re working on getting a black belt in Extreme Martial Arts. What drew you to this sport?

Forrest Wheeler: My parents took me to my first class when I was 5 years old.  I love martial arts because it is a great way to stay physically and mentally active and I enjoy it.  I like all forms, but my favorite weapon’s form is Traditional Sword. I also indulge in the Extreme Martial Arts (XMA) Leadership program where I can use martial arts and acrobatics as a tool to develop character and life skills.

CS4U: You’ve done so much at such a young age. What keeps you motivated? Where do you see yourself in 5 years?

Forrest Wheeler: Motivation?  I just like keeping busy. In five years, the sky is the limit. I will aim high and shoot for the moon. If I miss it, I will be among the stars.

CS4U: Besides the show and your sporting activities, what do you like to do in your spare time?

Forrest Wheeler: I am starting my VLOG on YouTube. I’m also learning how to play a couple of different musical instruments. I used to play the drums. I’m now learning keyboards and the base guitar.

CS4U: Do you have any new projects coming up?

Forrest Wheeler: My filming schedule is pretty full with Fresh Off the Boat, but if a voiceover role came up, I might be able to squeeze that in.

CS4U:  Since we are CelebSecrets4U, can you tell us a secret about yourself that your fans maybe not know?

Forrest Wheeler: I love spicy food. Sriracha sauce is my favorite. I add it to my breakfast, lunch and dinner foods. Do you think it will be good on whip cream?
