Alyssa Jirrels Takes Over Celeb Secrets for the 2017 Teen Choice Awards

It’s been almost three weeks since the 2017 Teen Choice Awards went down at USC’s Galen Center in Los Angeles and we CANNOT stop talking about it!

This year, Disney XD actress Alyssa Jirrels took over the microphone for Celeb Secrets and talked to some of this year’s iconic stars from the best films, most-loved TV shows, fiercest music and the top moments in fashion, digital and comedy on the blue carpet, including Marshmello, Carter Jenkins, Elliana Walmsley, Lonnie Chavis, Forever In Your Mind, Thomas Barbusca, Isabela Moner, Kyle Harris, and Leroy Sanchez. It looked like she had an absolute blast, and even said so when she stopped by the studio earlier this week to talk about her experience:

“Hosting the Teen Choice Awards blue carpet was so much fun! It was one of those things that was like sensory overload because there were so many beautiful people walking by me that I had to be like ‘oh my god, I can’t look for a second,’ but it was great. I got to talk to some pretty cool people and I just had a wonderful experience.”

Out of everyone she talked to, the 16-year-old said her favorite chat had to be with Thomas Barbusca, who currently stars on FOX’s new comedy series The Mick.

“I love Thomas Barbusca. I’m friends with his older sister, Brielle, and he’s just super sarcastic and super funny,” Jirrels shared. “Since he loves Friends, I asked him if he was a Chandler or a Ross and he took that question very seriously.”

You can hear more about Alyssa’s experience on the Teen Choice Awards carpet below and make sure to catch the new season of Mech-X4 on Disney XD beginning September 9th!
