American Idol Results Show Recap – April 18, 2013 (@AmericanIdol)


Tonight, the Top 4 finalists – Candice Glover, Kree Harrison, Amber Holcomb and Angie Miller – were revealed. It also was announced that Janelle Arthur was eliminated.

Tune in next week, Wednesday, April 24 (8:00-10:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed), when the Top 4 return to perform for America’s votes, as they get one stiletto closer to becoming the next AMERICAN IDOL.

Don’t miss the live results show the following night, Thursday, April 25 (8:00-9:00 PM ET live/PT tape-delayed), when one woman’s IDOL journey will end and the final three will be announced.

Also on tonight’s results show, Season Three IDOL winner, Grammy winner and Broadway star, Fantasia, performed her new single, “Lose To Win,” and Season Two runner-up Clay Aiken performed the classic Simon & Garfunkel song, “Bridge Over Troubled Water.” Plus, former IDOL judge Paula Abdul made a surprise appearance to congratulate Candice on last night’s performance of Abdul’s 1988 hit, “Straight Up.”
