Despite overwhelming negative reviews, Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice pulled in a record breaking $170.1M this weekend. There were many Ben Affleck sad faces circulating online but he really has nothing to be unhappy about because this film had the sixth-best weekend opening of all time.
This DC movie also became the highest-grossing movie for Warner Bros. by pulling ahead of Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows — Part 2.
