Television celebrity and national recording artist, Brooke Hogan, accepted the special invitation to attend and participate in the Agape Animal Rescue’s seventh annual dog and fashion show, Glitter & Glam, held on Sunday evening (August 30, 2015) at the Hutton Hotel inNashville, TN.
The star-studded gala, hosted by CMT’s Katie Cook, spotlighted local and national celebrities who walked the “catwalk” accompanied by furry canine friends from the local Agape Animal Rescue. Each celebrity model donned “Hollywood Glam” attire provided Glitz Nashville and gems from Platinum Jewelers, while canine models walked in luxury clothing provided by Yvette Ruta in partnership with Winston Dog Boutique.
Brooke joined celebrities who donated their time in style to support the annual animal adoption including: NFL Pro Bowl Player Brad Hopkins, Ray from the nationally-syndicated “Bobby Bones Show,” Off Eric of “America’s Morning Show” and WKRN’sDawn Davenport and Cherish Lombard. Brooke wore Jovani. (She walked the red carpet in an elegant sleeveless, fitted white jersey gown covered in crystals with a plunging neckline and V-back. On the runway, Brooke wore a gold-fitted gown, with an embellished design, which featured an open-backed halter and a neck keyhole.) Those in attendance enjoyed complimentary wine, cocktails and hor d’oeuvres. The live and silent auctions featured more than $25,000 in luxury vacations, jewelry, art and more. Agape Rescue is hopeful, with the money raised from Glitter and Glam, that more than 85 dogs will be rescued, vetted, fostered or placed.
Brooke’s participation in this community outing follows her revved schedule in Music City as of late. Her national studio recording, entitled I WANNA BE YOUR GIRLFRIEND, will be available this Friday, September 4, 2015 via her website and all major digital outlets; the track “Girlfriend” is on country radio now.
