Camila Cabello Earns First #1 at Top 40 Radio As A Solo Artist

Camila Cabello and Machine Gun Kelly’s RIAA platinum-certified “Bad Things” claims the top spot at Top 40 Radio, becoming the #1 song in the country this week.

Taking 2017 by storm, this marks the multiplatinum award-winning singer and songwriter’s very first solo #1 at Top 40 radio, second career #1 on the respective chart counting Fifth Harmony’s “Work From Home” [feat. Ty Dolla $ign], and fourth Billboard Hot 100 Top 20 entry overall, including Fifth Harmony’s “Worth It” and her platinum-certified duet with Shawn Mendes “I Know What You Did Last Summer.”

Most importantly, the breakout smash sets the stage for the imminent release of one of 2017’s most anticipated albums — Camila’s forthcoming solo debut for Epic Records/Syco Music. Right now, she’s hard at work writing and recording new music as “Bad Things” continues to dominate radio, online, and pop culture at large.

In addition to receiving a platinum plaque, the song amassed a stunning 145 million Spotify streams and counting and over 67 million cumulative YouTube/VEVO views since its October 2016 release.

Last week, Camila and Machine Gun Kelly gave a show-stopping performance on Ellen which you can watch below.

With a powerhouse voice, unbeatable presence, and inspiring spirit, Camila Cabello stands poised to take over pop on her own terms in 2017. Be on the lookout for new music very soon.
