Country music superstars Miranda Lambert and Carrie Underwood will perform together live at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards to debut their new duet. The two singers join an already star-studded lineup of previously announced musical performers that includes 5 Seconds of Summer, Florida Georgia Line, Imagine Dragons, Jason Derulo, Jennifer Lopez, John Legend, Luke Bryan, OneRepublic and Pitbull. The 2014 Billboard Music Awards will broadcast live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on SUNDAY, MAY 18 on ABC at 8pm ET.
The two leading ladies of country will perform “Somethin’ Bad,” which appears on Ms. Lambert’s upcoming album Platinum, available June 3rd. “I’m a huge Carrie Underwood fan,” said Lambert. “’Somethin’ Bad” is a meshing of our styles and there aren’t many female collaborations in our format so I’m really excited to be debuting it on the Billboard Awards.”
