Cassadee Pope will world premiere the brand new music video for her debut Country single, “Wasting All These Tears,” on CMT and tomorrow (7/17). The 24-hour, exclusive will take fans on a heart-crushing journey of a broken relationship. Subsequent re-airs will be promoted across all of CMT’s digital platforms and 5.6 million social media fans. The video will air across VEVO, the world’s leading all-premium music video and entertainment platform, on Wednesday (7/18).

Shot in Nashville’s Germantown neighborhood, director Brian Lazzaro immediately foreshadows a story of surviving a painful discovery. Swinging from carefree scenes of young love to the breathless moments of deceit, Cassadee shines in the cinematic voyage.

“Wasting All These Tears,” Cassadee’s first Republic Nashville single, catapulted to the #1 spot on the iTunes Country Singles Chart upon release and will be featured on her forthcoming debut album, slated for October. The talented singer/songwriter will give fans an inside look at the project and recording with esteemed producers Dann Huff, Nathan Chapman and Max Martin in a CMT DOCU-SERIES, premiering this fall.

The nation fell in love with the petite powerhouse’s unique vocals and edgy performances, crowning Cassadee as The Voice for season 3 of the NBC hit show.Wowing from the start, she received offers from all four judges before accepting with Team Blake (Shelton).
