We’re less than a month away from the annual Billboard Music Awards and everyone at Celeb Secrets is super stoked to see the fashion, the performances, and most of all – the winners! So to countdown to the ceremony, we’ve predicted who we believe will take home the award for the following categories: Top Artist, Top New Artist, Top Male Artist, Top Female Artist, Top Duo/Group, Top Billboard 200 Artist, Top Hot 100 Artist, Top Song Sales Artist, Top Radio Songs Artist, and Top Streaming Songs Artist. This year’s show will showcase big performances, unexpected collaborations and much-discussed pop culture moments. Musical performers throughout the evening include Fifth Harmony, Justin Bieber, Celine Dion, DNCE, The Go-Go’s, Demi Lovato, Shawn Mendes, P!nk, Britney Spears and collaborations with Nick Jonas and Tove Lo.
Hosted by Ludacris and Ciara, the 2016 Billboard Music Awards will air LIVE from the T-Mobile Arena on Sunday, May 22nd at 8PM EST/5PM PT on ABC.

Who We Think Will Win: All of the nominees definitely deserve their fair share of this award. Justin Bieber made a triumph comeback, Taylor’s slayage is at its peak, Drake just dropped an album that is totally LIT, and The Weeknd has been on a fiery streak. But the one artist that I think deserves this award the most would have to be our girl Adele. From on stage to James Corden’s passenger seat, she is a truly remarkable artist through and through.

Who We Think Will Win: This is definitely going to be a close one. Fetty Wap and Silentó have both dished out major chart-toppers that are up against OMI’s “Cheerleader” which was one of the most listened to tracks on pop radio. And then you have Charlie Puth who’s vocals can literally create world peace (I’m not even kidding). All these singers are incredibly talented, but we’re going to have to go with Fetty and Silentó on this one.

Who We Think Will Win: What a category, am I right? You have Ed Sheeran who may have disappeared from social media, but his tunes such as “Photograph” are still killing it on the radio and then Drake who has never released music that flopped. So much talent in this one category, but my heart is going to have to go with The Weeknd. You can’t turn on the radio without hearing one of his many catchy songs and it’s not like you’re trying to avoid them either way! He truly is the Beauty Behind The Madness.

Who We Think Will Win: Here we have a collection of classy women who also have the “femme fatale” factor. Adele, Taylor, and Rihanna have all put in work, but we got to admit that Ariana Grande has them all running for their money. She has been killing the game since she first hit the scene and we’re not expecting her to slow down anytime soon.

Who We Think Will Win: What’s better than one artist? A whole whopping group of them and we can’t think of better examples than this lot here. With legendary acts to internationally known pop bands, it’s so hard to compare these groups to one another. Our gut feeling is torn between 1D and twenty one pilots. They each are unique and talented in their own way so this should be an exciting match to see!

Who We Think Will Win: Once again, we’re greeted by the same talented names that have been dominating all the categories so far. Although everyone here has our utmost respect, this category belongs to the ladies (sorry fellas). Adele and Taylor have been going head to head all award season long and we can’t wait to them battle it out once more!

Who We Think Will Win: My oh my, this is a tough decision! Every single person on this list have showcased more talent than we can even comprehend, but you can’t ignore the fact that Drake’s new album has him shining brighter than the rest. Views was one of the most highly anticipated albums and it sure didn’t disappoint!
Top Song Sales Artist: Adele,

Who We Think Will Win: Let’s face it, the true competition here is between Adele and Justin Bieber. Adele’s “Hello” stayed at no.1 for 10 weeks straight until Bieber’s “Sorry” dethroned it, but not before Adele broke record after record – including the most US downloads in a week. Sorry Biebs, but the numbers do not lie.

Who We Think Will Win: In a perfect world, everyone would win this award. But unfortunately, there can only be one winner and based on what we’ve been hearing on the radio for past few months, we’re going to have to pick Justin Bieber. From “Sorry” to “Love Yourself” to “Where Are U Now?”, there’s no denying that Bieber is one of the most played artists on radio today.

Who We Think Will Win: Whether young or old – if you ask someone to sing a song from any of these artists listed here, they would do so with ease. They all created songs that we can’t get out of our heads, but the questions is: whose song was the best? Our vote is torn between Silentó, Fetty Wap, or Justin Bieber. Silentó’s dance craze is still going on until now, Fetty Wap was the soundtrack behind everyone’s SnapChat, and Bieber has one of the most infectious tunes to date. Who will win? Looks like we’ll just have to tune in to find out!

Who We Think Will Win: This was a tough category because all of the nominees have taken social media by storm but we believe the most loved and talked about celebrity on social media would have to be, Justin Bieber, it was his year this year. He released a new album and was all over the internet with his style and on and off again relationship with Selena Gomez.
Top Touring Artist: Madonna, One Direction, The Rolling Stones, Taylor Swift, U2
Who We Think Will Win: If any of you were lucky enough to see tours this year you’d know it was one touring season for the books. Taking this award home will be, Taylor Swift easily. That girl knows how to put on a show with all of the bulbs and whistles. She’s a light on stage and definitely has this award in the bag.
Top R&B Artist: Chris Brown, Jeremih, Rihanna, Bryson Tiller, The Weeknd
Who We Think Will Win: Taking the charts by storm this year with “Can’t Feel My Face” The Weeknd will be taking this award home. He brings a nice 90s R&B to current R&B allowing all generations to vibe with his music.
Top Rap Artist: Drake, Fetty Wap, Future, Wiz Khalifa, Silentó
Who We Think Will Win: This one is a battle between Fetty Wap and Drake both stars on the rap scene this year. The one taking the crown though is going to be Fetty Wap with his chart topping hits and even motivational ways through being proud about the loss of his eye. He’s a talented rapper and has brought a lot to the genre this year.
Who We Think Will Win: This one is going to go to Sam Hunt. He made pop and country mix effortlessly this year and he was a new name in country music this year but he held his own and made many chart topping singles.
Top Rock Artist: Fall Out Boy, Elle King, twenty one pilots, Walk the Moon, X Ambassadors
Who We Think Will Win: We’re sure at one point you all heard the song “Shut Up And Dance” that song is performed by Walk the Moon. This band went around the world and their song was everywhere for months and it still is. You can’t turn on the radio without being told to shut up and dance with the boys of Walk The Moon.
Top Dance/Electronic Artist: The Chainsmokers, DJ Snake, David Guetta, Major Lazer, ZeddÂ
Who We Think Will Win: All of these nominees have brought marvelous beats and jams to every festival and party over the last year but the one at the top is, Zedd. He has made EDM cool and and enjoyable for all.
