Celebrities Attend the 22nd Annual A Time for Heroes Celebrity Carnival to Benefit the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation!

Hey CelebSecrets4U readers,

On Sunday, June 12, celebrities took a journey through Africa with L.A.’s most talked about family carnival and picnic! Dozens of celebrities attended the 22nd annual A Time for Heroes Celebrity Carnival sponsored by Disney – a benefit for the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation. Every year, Hollywood gives back and volunteers time as “heroes” and work various carnival-style game booths to raise funds to fight pediatric AIDS around the world. In addition, guests were treated to an array of culinary treats from some of Los Angeles’ finest restaurants that included Covell, Olive & Thyme, AKASHA, Toscana and Drago. The day was topped off with a concert by Radio Disney “N.B.T.” Winner Kicking Daisies.  A Time for Heroes is expected to raise approximately $1.5 million to help the Foundation eliminate pediatric AIDS and create a generation free of HIV.
