Check it out below…

Choice Movie: Action

Divergent”

“Edge of Tomorrow”

“Godzilla”

“Maleficent”

“The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones”

Each movie nominated in this category stand out in different ways. In our opinion, we feel that teens will vote for Divergent to take home the surfboard for Choice Movie: Action. YA adaptations have been rocking the box office, and Divergent proved to be a worthy adaptation among teen fans, with the sequel being filmed right now!

Choice Movie Actor: Action

Jamie Campbell Bower, “The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones”

Tom Cruise, “Edge of Tomorrow”

Theo James, “Divergent”

Kellan Lutz, “The Legend of Hercules”

Mark Wahlberg, “Lone Survivor”

So many hot and talented actors all clumped together in one category — how do we choose a winner?! If we had to narrow it down, we choose Theo James as our Choice Movie Actor: Action. He’s super hot and his character is super dreamy… ’nuff said.

Choice Movie Actress: Action

Emily Blunt, “Edge of Tomorrow”

Lily Collins, “The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones”

Elle Fanning, “Maleficent”

Angelina Jolie, “Maleficent”

Shailene Woodley, “Divergent”

Hands down we feel that one of the leading ladies from Disney’s Maleficent will snag the surfboard for “Choice Movie Actress: Action.” Our call is Angelina Jolie. Angelina played a flawless version of the animated character turned live action villainess.

Choice Movie: Sci-Fi/Fantasy

“Captain America: The Winter Soldier”

“The Amazing Spider-Man 2”

“The Hunger Games: Catching Fire”

“Thor: The Dark World”

“X-Men: Days of Future Past”

Considered to be one of the best YA book-to-screen adaptations to date, Catching Fire truly did right by fans of the franchise. In our opinion, we feel that The Hunger Games: Catching Fire will snag the surfboard for “Choice Movie: Sci-Fi/Fantasy.”

Choice Movie Actor: Sci-Fi/Fantasy

Chris Evans, “Captain America: The Winter Soldier”

Andrew Garfield, “The Amazing Spider-Man 2”

Chris Hemsworth, “Thor: The Dark World”

Liam Hemsworth, “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire”

Josh Hutcherson, “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire”

Each guy that is Josh brings fan-favorite Peeta to life perfectly.

Choice Movie Actress: Sci-Fi/Fantasy

Halle Berry, “X-Men: Days of Future Past”

Scarlett Johansson, “Captain America: The Winter Soldier”

Jennifer Lawrence, “The Hunger Games: Catching Fire” and “X-Men: Days of Future Past”

Natalie Portman, “Thor: The Dark World”

Emma Stone, “The Amazing Spider-Man 2”

In our opinion, we feel that Jennifer Lawrence will be winning the surfboard for “Choice Movie Actress: Sci-Fi Fantasy.” She has two popular franchises going for her here, and the fact that we want her to be our best friend doesn’t hurt either.

Choice Movie: Drama

“American Hustle”

“Heaven is for Real”

“Million Dollar Arm”

“The Fault in Our Stars”

“Veronica Mars”

Hands down The Fault in Our Stars should win the surfboard for “Choice Movie: Drama.” Number one: Shailene Woodley and Ansel Elgort star; number two: the story is so perfect! The Fault in Our Stars was one of the most anticipated teen-focused movies of the year that surprised everyone by dominating a Tom Cruise blockbuster at the box office and left a trail of sobbing fans in its wake.

Choice Movie Actor: Drama

Bradley Cooper, “American Hustle”

Russell Crowe, “Noah”

Jason Dohring, “Veronica Mars”

Ansel Elgort, “The Fault in Our Stars”

Jon Hamm, “Million Dollar Arm”

In our opinion, Ansel Elgort will be taking home the surfboard for “Choice Movie Actor: Drama.” This handsome newcomer was every girl’s dream as Augustus Waters. You know you cried.

Choice Movie Actress: Drama

Kristen Bell, “Veronica Mars”

Sandra Bullock, “Gravity”

Jennifer Lawrence, “American Hustle”

Emma Watson, “Noah”

Shailene Woodley, “The Fault in Our Stars”

Another tearjerking performance! Shailene’s strength yet vulnerability as Hazel Grace was spot on. We feel that The Fault in Our Stars will be dominating the Choice Movie: Drama categories at the 2014 Teen Choice Awards.

Choice Movie: Comedy

“Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues”

“Blended”

“Ride Along”

“The Other Woman”

“Vampire Academy”

So many funny movies — how do you choose just one to win? After thinking this over and over, we feel that “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues” will be snagging that coveted surfboard for “Choice Movie: Comedy.” Everyone’s favorite newscaster brought even more laughs with this sequel to the mega-hit comedy.

Choice Movie Actor: Comedy

Will Ferrell, “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues”

Kevin Hart, “Ride Along”

Ice Cube, “Ride Along”

Johnny Knoxville, “Jackass Presents: Bad Grandpa”

Adam Sandler, “Blended”

Although each actor nominated in this category is SUPER hilarious, we feel that Will Ferrell will take home the surfboard for “Choice Movie Actor: Comedy” for his role as Ron Burgundy in “The Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues.” Will Ferrell’s cluelessness is super hysterical in the film. Also, who doesn’t love Ron Burgundy?

Choice Movie Actress: Comedy

Christina Applegate, “Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues”

Drew Barrymore, “Blended”

Zoey Deutch, “Vampire Academy”

Cameron Diaz, “The Other Woman”

Emma Roberts, “We’re The Millers”

We’d like to say Christina Applegate will be taking home the surfboard for “Choice Movie Actress: Comedy” so Anchorman 2: The Legend Continues will sweep the comedy category, but Emma Roberts will break the winning streak thanks to her role in We’re the MillersEmma’s sarcastic character helped to make the ensemble of We’re The Millers shine.

And there we have it! Who do YOU think will be winning big at this year’s Teen Choice Awards? Make sure to tune in Sunday, August 10th @ 8PM ET/PT on FOX for all the fun!
