Dancing shoes may not have been the right pair of footwear for Keyshawn Johnson. Along with his partner, Sharna, Keyshawn was the first to be eliminated on this seasons Dancing with the Stars. The bottom three for this week are listed as follows: Valentin Chmerkovskiy and Val Harper, Emma Slater and Bill Nye the Science Guy, Keyshawn Johnson and Sharna Burges. Things were not looking good for our childhood science idol, Bill Nye but he was able to pull through in the eyes of the judges as his signs of improvement have grown apparent in comparison to last weeks performance. Bill Nye’s paso doble choreography was artistic and dramatic but sadly his dancing skills couldn’t bring the dance to it’s full potential. Although Bill Nye doesn’t seem to be the best dancer, his improvement has kept him under DWTS lights.
Improvement and success continues to grow as the Stars continue to brush up on their dancing skills. Glee’s Amber Riley was crowned “The Tiger of the season” based on her hunt for first place. Along with partner Derk, Amber performed well, scoring triple eights from the judges. Sadly, Nicole Polizzi did not perform as well this week as she had during the season premier. Jersey Shore’s, Snooki performed a riveting Rumba but failed to keep on par with her performance from last weeks charming Cha Cha. Jackie Osbourne is doing surprisingly well. Jackie performed to a rumba rendition of “Mad world” by Tears for Fear, scoring a 24. Judges have even said that tonight was his “best performance thus far”. Corbin Bleu, “The Phantom of the Opera”, performed an incredible and difficult jive to “Kiss you” by One Direction. With dancing partner Karina Smirnoff in hand, Corbin blew DWTS judges away, giving him the score of 26, the highest score of the night.
