This was the first time each contestant performed live for America’s votes. No eliminations happened throughout the show, however, one contestant will leave the competition each week beginning Monday, July 18th.

The Top 10 contestants are Tahani Anderson, Kida Burns, Ruby Castro, J.T. Church, Sheaden Gabriel, Emma Hellenkamp, Tate McRae, Jake Monreal, Daniela Avanzini and Jordan Wandick.

Celeb Secrets had the opportunity to watch the show live at the studio and chat with the contestants and judges after the taping! Contestants Jordan Wardick and Ruby Castro gave our readers advice on overcoming obstacles and becoming successful at what you truly love:

“I think we both could say that the best advice is ‘never say can’t.’ It really depends on how you feel about yourself. You have to put out the passion in whatever you do. When you pull it out of yourself, it progresses. That’s why we always say ‘never say can’t,’ because you can do whatever you put your mind to.”

So You Think You Can Dance airs on Mondays @ 8PM ET/PT on FOX.
