When Gibby returns, he discovers that Sam accidentally broke his toy while in a scuffle with a bully and blames Carly for not looking after it properly. Feeling guilty for Gibby’s damaged phaser, Carly asks Freddie to fix it. Everyone is shocked to find out that Freddie’s repairs inadvertently also gave it new powers. Meanwhile, Spencer confronts his new nemesis, Chip.
