Fifth Harmony will join R5, Lucy Hale and Sabrina Carpenter on the main stage to help raise money for cancer, AIDS and leukemia research. The family-friendly event that will also honor Ken Bunt, President of Disney Music Group, will be held at the CBS Studios in Studio City on Sunday, November 16 from 12pm-4pm PT. For tickets information, please visit www.tjmartell.org.
Family Day’s attendance is expected to exceed that of last years but will continue to provide non-stop entertainment for people of all ages. With a full day of fun games, live music performances, carnival activities, petting zoo, silent auction and barbeque food it has quickly become one of the music industry’s signature events. Having steadily grown into one of the T.J. Martell Foundation’s most successful fundraisers, held in New York, Nashville and Los Angeles, Family Day has raised close to $5 million for Martell-funded research at nine hospitals across the United States.
The T.J. Martell Foundation is the music industry’s largest foundation that funds innovative medical research focused on finding cures for leukemia, cancer and AIDS. The Foundation sources and supports early-stage research projects aimed at developing more effective clinical treatments for patients which otherwise might not be funded.
