The new episodes also mark the end of middle school and a pivotal point in Gortimer’s, Mel’s and Ranger’s friendship, spurred by the news of Gortimer’s move away from the safe haven of Normal Street for his mother’s new job. They must now think about and consider the reality of exploring life beyond Normal Street. Through it all, the trio learn that it’s their sometimes-tested, but rock-solid friendship that will pull them through.

On May 31st, Sloane and his costars Chandler Kinney and David Bloom held a special screening for El Nido Family Center in Pacoima, CA. The trio were joined by Amazon Studios Senior Production Manager Ken Lipman, Co-Executive Producer and writer Laurie Parres, and set costumer Daisy Sylbert-Torres.

Following the screening they took pictures with the children visiting the center, signed autographs and handed out the Gortimer tote bags.
