The day is finally here…Halsey‘s full-length debut, BADLANDS [Astralwerks], is available in stores everywhere and at all digital retailers!
Upon release, it exploded to the Top 5 of the iTunes Overall Top Albums Chart, landing at #2. Simultaneously, the record landed at #1 on the Alternative Albums Chart, while five songs hold spots in the Top 20 of the Top Alternative Songs Chart. It’s on track to be one of the biggest debuts for a new artist in 2015.
This week, Halsey performed on the Outdoor Stage at ABC’s Jimmy Kimmel Live! to a packed house chanting along as she delivered show-stopping renditions of the single “New Americana,” “Hold Me Down,” and more.
Tonight, she rings in the album’s release with a special secret BADLANDS Show in downtown Los Angeles. Attendance to the show was granted to fans who visited the Badlands Air Travel Agency this past Wednesday and received a “boarding pass” as well as other BADLANDS memorabilia.
As BADLANDS fever spreads, the world famous Capitol Tower in Hollywood began flying a BADLANDS Flag on the roof for the entire city to see.
Right now, Halsey gives pop the earthquake it needed in the form BADLANDS.
