Happy National Grilled Cheese Day readers!
Whether you’re into the classic “American and white bread” combo or a fancy croque monsieur, everyone loves to get their hands on a gooey and delectable grilled cheese sandwich. It’s the comfort food of everyone’s childhood and one of the few dishes that require little to no effort at all. As much as we adore the classic version, trying out different types of cheese and add-ons never hurt anyone! So in honor of the best thing to happen to sliced bread, I have compiled the best cheese toastie recipes I’ve come across thus far. On your mark, get set, GRILL!
Of course we had to include the dish that started it all on our list! Jeff Mauro’s recipe is simple and easy! Check it out!
