Jason Aldean’s “Burnin’ It Down” Marks Career Best First Week (@jason_aldean)

7fd7b3b35f34c0346c733875_280x186Two-time ACM “Male Vocalist Of The Year” Jason Aldean’s just-released lead single “Burnin’ It Down” exploded into the top selling spot in the country tallying 183,672 total digital sales. With a total of 135 stations onboard, the lead single from his upcoming sixth studio album for Broken Bow Records also received the most first-week radio adds of any single in Aldean’s career.

The new single comes alongside Aldean’s massive stadium run as part of his headlining BURN IT DOWN 2014 TOUR. Following two recent back-to-back stadium sellouts, this past weekend Aldean played shows at Nationals Park (Washington, DC on 7/25) and PNC Park (Pittsburgh, PA on 7/26). His performances have resonated with fans and media alike, when “the crowd sang along, loving every minute” (Cincinnati Enquirer) and the critics claimed, “there was no denying its sheer full-throttle power” (Pittsburgh Post Gazette).
