Former Nickelodeon star Keke Palmer is all grown up and she is showing us a different side of her (LITERALLY!) with the release of her new music video for her song “I Don’t Belong to You.”
The 22-year-old Scream Queens actress is baring almost everything in this new fully black and white music video with many shots in the video taken of Keke in just her unmentionables. GASP!
In the beginning of the video, Keke is shown arguing with her lover in bed. The argument apparently gets heated because in the next scene Palmer is shown leaving. She then turns up at her home for a steamy shower scene where she has nothing but a gold chain on. The finale of the video shows her walking up to someone else’s doorstep in a fur coat. A lady answers the door and Keke then opens her coat to reveal her lingerie.
The song and video are portraying a woman who is sexy, independent and mature — someone who isn’t the property of any man or woman. She refuses to be claimed and wants to keep her relationship(s) on the down low. Hence the title, “I Don’t Belong to You.”
Keke is definitely trying to show us her mature and sexy side with her new music and with her music videos and guess what? We love it!
