Kylie Jenner has no time for haters against her or her business, Kylie Cosmetics. Since the release of her popular lip kit line, there have been many complaints about the product customers have been receiving.
The complaints ranged anywhere from receiving empty boxes to the wand in the lip gloss fraying almost instantly. Kylie, however, has worked to fix every single complaint against her brand and company, including the quality of the wand.
All of these complaints, however, must have played into the Better Business Bureau giving Kylie Cosmetics an “F” rating. Since then, the rating has been taken down and it now states “No Rating” for Kylie’s business. There’s no word when another rating will be released. Read Kylie’s response to the rating below:
