Meet the Back-to-School Band 930!

Just in time for back to school, 14 year-old twins Becca & Matt King – better known as pop-rock powerhouse 930 – release two new tracks from their upcoming debut album, including the infectious single “Get Out of My Way.”

930 is a pop/rock band made up of 14 year-old twin duo Matt & Becca King. 930 is a powerful number for the Kings —- they have a younger set of twin siblings who share their exact same birthday, September 30. The Kings hail from Denver, CO and spend half their time working in Hollywood on their music and acting careers.

Both strong songwriters, Matt & Becca are working with multi-award winning songwriters and producers  Jonathan George and Anthony Mazza to record their debut album. Their inspiration comes from their own real life experiences, and their songs are immediately relatable to everyone. The first single “Get Out of My Way” originates from their own experiences with bullying in middle school. This powerful rock song focuses on overcoming the negative words of bullies, promoting self-acceptance and a positive attitude.  “This Ain’t Love” addresses teen infatuations and the realizations that come with them. While working on their album, 930 is gearing up to bring their high energy live show and outgoing personalities to cities across the country.

Individually, these two stay busy. Becca has spent the last year traveling and performing with Kidz Bop and was most recently featured in the Macy’s 2010 Back To School ad campaign. Becca can also be seen on Nick’s Big Time Rush as well as a Nick PSA. Matt had been featured in several Kidz Bop videos and recently shot a Disney commercial, playing the lead opposite top Disney stars. He was also recently the featured actor in a new video for hard rock superstars Monster Magnet.

Matt & Becca have a true creative passion, whether in dance, guitar, acting, songwriting, and recording.  Their exuberance and unique personalities make the music of 930 infectious and instantly appealing.
