Meghan Trainor Drops New Track “Better” feat. Yo Gotti Today – Listen Now!

Happy Friday! Meghan Trainor has dropped her new song “Better” featuring Yo Gotti.

Fans were able to get a sneak preview of the single on Tuesday (April 19) on Instagram when she released a video of her rehearsing for her performance on The Voice. It wasn’t until late Thursday evening (April 21) that the song was officially released.

Meghan is definitely putting an ex on blast in this reggae island feel song.

“You deserve to be alone / And I deserve better / Better than you,” Trainor sings.

Yo Gotti jumped in during the bridge delivering lines about treating his girl right.

“I think you deserve a king/ I think you deserve the world and everything in it/ And I try to go get it to show you I meant it when I/ Tell you I’m sorry, tomorrow I promise that I try to better/ I’ll do whatever for mine,” he raps.

“Better” is the next single off the singers second major label album Thank You set to drop May 13. Trainor has already teased additional tracks from the album including “Watch Me Do”, “No” and “I Love Me.”

Trainor hits the road this summer on her “Untouchable” Tour with Hailee Steinfeld and Common Kings as opening acts. You can view the full list of tour dates HERE.
