The Pinkprint also continues to receive unanimous critical acclaim. In its four-star review, Rolling Stone writes, “The realness she reveals is genuinely dazzling” and “This is a rap royal in full flex. We’re lucky to watch the throne.” Billboard calls it, “her best album to date,” The Los Angeles Times claims, “Throughout The Pinkprint, she’s intent on channeling her talent to explore and document her many moods. The combination is often, if not always, intoxicating,” Pitchfork dubs it, “intriguing,” and HipHopDx praises it as “an ambitious undertaking NICKI has wrangled in highly entertaining fashion.”
