Here’s Why Ocean Park Standoff Our ‘Artist to Watch’ in 2017

On “Good News,” Samantha Ronson says, “We wrote this song because we felt like the news wasn’t the news, it was just the bad news and we were frustrated with how the world seemed to be focused on the darkness because fear sells, but we haven’t lost hope and we want to share that sentiment with as many people as we can.”

The band is kicking off a month-long tour with LOLO in New York City on February 2, 2017, with shows in Nashville, Chicago, DC, and more. The band will also be on Third Eye Blind’s arena tour this summer alongside Silversun Pickups, beginning in June.  Ocean Park Standoff will also be performing shows at SXSW (details to be announced soon). Tickets for their February tour available for purchase HERE.

“Good News” is off the band’s EP that will be released Friday, March 3rd. Check out the music video below.
