Oliver Bell Talks Being Apart of WGN America’s Hit Series “Salem”

Season three of WGN America’s hit series Salem is in full swing this fall, and after a two week hiatus, there is finally a brand-new episode tonight that we can’t wait to see!

For those of you who don’t know, Salem is about the Salem witch trials in the 1700’s,” star Oliver Bell tells us. “It’s based in Massachusetts and I play ‘Little John’, the son of the main witch, Mary Sibley. Little John is fun because he has been possessed by the devil so I am half good and half evil, but getting more evil!”

In tonight’s episode titled “Night’s Black Agents,” Cotton discovers life-altering news while Mary learns the power of her femininity.

The show will continue to air new episodes throughout the year, and Bell says that fans can expect a “very scary, action-packed and exciting fight between the Devil and the citizens of Salem — its darker and even more twisted than it was ever before!”

Did you know when they don’t film, Oliver and the cast like to catch snakes? “On set in Louisiana, we had a snake wrangler and when I had some spare time, we would both go out into the swamps and try and catch snakes. We did catch some, but not back in LA my parents won’t let me have one!

Check out the promo for tonight’s episode below and make sure to tune in to an all-new episode of Salem tonight, November 30th @ 9/8c on WGN America.
