Spring is here, Coachella is over, and the summer days are getting closer. I already feel the summer heat with the 90 degree weather we’re having here in the west coast — sorry, east coasters!
Regardless of where you live, it’s that time of the year to get fit, toned, and healthy.
It seems as if this year there is a craze to getting fit, especially after Khloe Kardashian’s crazy transformation (brb, heading to the gym right now). Celebrities like the Kardashians, Bella Thorne, Vanessa Hudgens, and Selena Gomez have been posting photos and videos of how they exercise; but most importantly their body transformations.
If you’re like me, you need the right song to inspire you to crank out another set or log an extra mile. The right song or the right workout playlist can transform your workout routine.
Since creating a playlist on Spotify, it has motivated me to work harder and push myself more. It even gives me that confidence I need to finish those jumping squats I dread.
