R5 Signs with Hollywood Records!

Hollywood Records has signed R5, it was announced today by Disney Music Group EVP Ken Bunt.  R5 is made up of Littleton, Colorado siblings Ross, Riker, Rocky and Rydel Ross and rounded out by best friend (Ellington) Ratliff.  Said Bunt of the signing, “We’re thrilled about R5’s potential.  They can write clever songs, sing, play multiple instruments, and act.”

The siblings have been performing since Riker was six years-old and Rydel was one. After moving to Los Angeles in 2007, they’ve worked steadily on theatrical and commercial projects.  Ross landed one of the lead roles in the Disney Channel Original Series “Austin & Ally” in the role of Austin.  Riker has most notably had a recurring role in the hit Fox show “Glee.”

R5 currently are recording their debut EP for an early 2013 release as well as a full length R5 album.  Next month they will embark on their first headline tour.  Dates are listed below.
