Wondaland Records, a new movement and recording label created by award-winning superstar Janelle Monáe, has teamed with Epic Records to announce the launch of a landmark joint venture partnership. Featuring an electrifying roster of artists — Jidenna, Roman GianArthur, Deep Cotton, and St. Beauty — Wondaland Records is changing the music scene as we know it.
The Wondaland project just got done with their first tour – the Eephus Tour – but the music is continuing. Aside from touring and their new EP, as a thank you to all of the support they have gotten from their fans, they have a special project from Roman GianArthur.
Roman GianArthur, a superstar in the making, is a singer, composer, arranger, producer, performer, and innovator. Roman is constantly working and has so much passion in his work, he shows it in his projects.
Wondaland and Roman GianArthur released a mixtape called Ok Lady. The mixtape is made up of re-imagined songs; painting vivid pictures creating and transporting listeners to another world. If you love old school, soulful music, this mixtape is for you. It reminds you of old school music from back in the day, but it is a piece of art you will appreciate.
