Temara Melek, who is dubbed the teen Katy Perry by the UK press, has been recognized for her talents both overseas and at home. She is now back to premiere her brand new music video for her sophomore single “Fingerprints.”
The “Fingerprints” music video, set in a world with an explosion of color, takes viewers through a transformation as it explores the dynamic relationship between a girl and a boy resulting in a unique, one of a kind, mark left on your significant other.
“Fingerprints is a fun, upbeat song that you will want to dance and sing along to. The video was so fun to create as it is dance and fashion based. I wanted something visual that brought those elements together. The best part of the video was the full body airbrush paint. It really added an extra flare. I really hope everyone can see the fun and hard work that went into creating this video.”– Temara
“Fingerprints” follows on the heels of her debut single “Karma’s Not Pretty,” which has garnered over 310,000 views on VEVO and features teen heartthrobs Gregg Sulkin and Keegan Allen (ABC Family’s “Pretty Little Liars”). Temara is poised to be the next big teen pop sensation with a combined social reach of 732,000+ on her social channels.
U.S. fans may already recognize Temara from the Demi Lovato “Neon Lights Experience,” where she was invited to support the artist out of Los Angeles for one of the world’s first live streaming concerts in conjunction with Ticketmaster, which was broadcasted to over six million fans worldwide.
