The ‘Pretty Little Liars’ Cast Announces End Of Series

Say it ain’t so!

Marlene King, executive producer and showrunner of Freeform‘s hit series Pretty Little Liars, announced on Monday that the series will end after its seventh season.

King, along with our favorite Liars — Ashley Benson, Troian Bellisario, Sasha Pieterse, Lucy Hale and Shay Mitchell — by her side, made the announcement during a Facebook live chat. King said, “The next ten episodes of the show really are going to be the last ten episodes of the series. We’re saying good-bye.”

Pretty Little Liars: Endgame will premiere April 2017 and will end with a two-hour special event. Watch the announcement below:

The show’s summer finale of the first half of season seven airs Tuesday, August 30 at 8 PM ET.
