The Wonder Girls Appear on the Debut of “Hello Pop!”

Mnet, the leading U.S. television network for Asian Americans and fans of Asian pop culture, unveils a brand new set for “Hello Pop!” – the place for American K-pop fans to meet and engage – on Monday, February 27 at 7 p.m. ET/PT.

Joining the new look are brand new segments, including “Project K-Pop,” which finds two rhythmically challenged K-pop fans battling it out to become the ultimate K-Pop dancer.  Over the coming weeks, coaches Yuri Tag, Kaba Modern’s top-notch dancer, and choreographer Aimee Lee Lucas, who danced with Big Bang, will help these two learn the latest dance moves and America will help crown one the ultimate K-pop dancer.

Viewer participation is encouraged on “Hello Pop!” and Monday’s episode features two American viewers interviewing K-Pop music sensation the Wonder Girls, where they reveal their favorite English slang phrases and what they like best in America.

“Hello Pop!” premieres Monday, February 27, at 7 p.m. ET/PT
