We’re in for a treat for this weekend’s World of X Games special!
Saturday’s World of X Games will focus on the making of Real Ski, the all-video, all-urban freeskiing video contest that is making its debut in the X Games Real Series lineup.
Featured athletes include: 2016 Powder Awards “Movie of the Year” winner Clayton Villa, 2011 Powder Awards “Breakthrough Performer” Ahmet Dadali, X Games Tignes 2011 Slopestyle gold medalist JF Houle, 2014 iF3 Movie Awards “Best Street Segment” winner Cam Riley, 2009 Powder Awards “Best Jib” winner Will Wesson, and two-time X Games Ski Slopestyle gold medalist Tom Wallisch.
The competition-centric show will feature some of the best urban skiers in the world who have all submitted 90-second edits for a shot at X Games gold. Medals will be awarded by a panel of industry expert judges during the telecast while the Fan Favorite will be determined in a one-round, winner-take-all format online at www.xgames.com and will be announced on Monday, February 22.
World of X Games will air this Saturday, February 20 featuring Real Ski 2016 Presented by Hot Pockets beginning at 2 p.m. ET/1 p.m. PT on ABC.
