Co-directed by Moroney and visual bestie CeCe Dawson, the rom-com-inspired clip proves that karma doesn’t just come around — it can be ordered on-demand, with glitter.
The video opens with Megan in full post-breakup meltdown mode — we’re talking popcorn, curlers, and a remote from the ‘90s. Just as she’s about to spiral, a cheesy infomercial for the “Karma Now! Hotline” lights up her screen. The tagline? “GUARANTEED RESULTS IN 6 MONTHS,” sponsored by none other than “Emo Cowgirl.” Um, yes please.
Naturally, our girl dials in on a bedazzled rotary phone (icon behavior) and lets the universe do its thing. What follows is a montage of petty revenge that’s so over-the-top, it’s honestly healing: from “Ice Cold” showers to “Bad Meat” dinner dates to literal garbage on his jogging route. Megan doesn’t just get even — she dances on the bed and serves smug justice with a glittery grin.
