KSUBI and Alice Hollywood Set Soho Ablaze With a Star-Studded NYFW Party in New York (Recap)

New York Fashion Week is always buzzing, but on Friday night (September 12), Soho officially belonged to KSUBI. The cult Australian label teamed up with Alice Hollywood, founded by fashion disruptor Shane Gonzales, to throw one of the most talked-about parties of the week — celebrating the debut of the KSUBI by Alice Hollywood capsule collection at KSUBI’s New York flagship on Greene Street.

From the moment guests stepped inside, the energy was unmistakable. The exclusive NYFW pop-up brought together fashion’s cool kids, tastemakers, and chart-topping artists for an immersive first look at the collaboration — one that blends KSUBI’s rebellious denim legacy with Gonzales’ Southern California, early-2000s skate and moto influences.

And yes, the guest list delivered.

The night drew a seriously stylish crowd, including Anwar Hadid, Matt Zingler and wife Bunny Zingler, NBA player Dalen Terry, and tastemakers Quincy Combs, Pepe Garcia, Miguel Harichi, Bryan Arenales, Monet McMichael, Grace Jackson, and Hailey Sani. Music royalty and rising stars also showed out, with appearances from Mohamad Ramadan, G Herbo, Jay Critch, DC The Don, BK the Rula, TiaCorine, and Hay Critch, proving the event was equal parts fashion moment and cultural crossover.

Soundtracking the night were DJ sets by Wakeupf1lthy, Gunner Stahl, D33J, and Shaneaveli — the DJ alias of Alice Hollywood founder Shane Gonzales himself — keeping the crowd moving well into the night. Guests sipped on Poppi Seltzer, Belaire Champagne, Saintwoods Vodka, and Don Julio Tequila, fully leaning into the Fashion Week party spirit.

But the real showstopper? A custom-built skate ramp installed inside the space, where guests literally took the celebration to new heights. The ramp served as a bold homage to the early-2000s skate and moto culture that not only inspired the collaboration, but perfectly embodied the rebellious, rule-breaking DNA both brands are known for.

As for the clothes, the 14-piece KSUBI by Alice Hollywood capsule fuses Gonzales’ West Coast edge with KSUBI’s street-luxe attitude. The collection features premium denim sets, boxy graphic tees, a twin-zip hoodie, and statement accessories, all finished with punk-fueled details that nod to both brands’ roots while feeling undeniably now. If NYFW is about moments that define the season, KSUBI and Alice Hollywood delivered one that was loud, unapologetic, and effortlessly cool — the kind of night that reminds everyone why Fashion Week in New York still hits different.

Fashion insiders won’t have to wait long to shop it. The collection is available via exclusive pre-release at the KSUBI New York store (26 Greene St) from Friday, September 12 through Tuesday, September 16, before launching globally on Tuesday, September 23 at Ksubi.com, AliceHollywood.com, and KSUBI stores in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, Chicago, and Melbourne.
