Last month, Spotify took their Billions Club Live series to a whole new level, hosting an intimate celebration for Miley’s ride-or-die fans in Paris. And now, the rest of us finally get to join the party (minus the croissants, sadly). Billions Club Live with Miley Cyrus: A Concert Film premiered exclusively on Spotify July 23 — and yes, it’s everything you imagined and more.
The performance featured all of Miley’s most-streamed bangers — from “Flowers” to “Wrecking Ball” to “We Can’t Stop” and the forever-underrated “Angels Like You,” — all of which have officially entered the Billions Club (yes, with a capital B). “Without each of you, the billion doesn’t even exist,” Miley says during the film, spotlighting the fans who made this moment possible. “There’s so much of me in them and so much of them in me.”

Filmed at the legendary Maxim’s in Paris (think: ornate, iconic, and ultra-intimate), the setting matched Miley’s vibe to a T. With looks pulled straight from fashion heaven — including archive Mugler, Saint Laurent Pre-Fall 2025, a Bob Mackie piece from her personal collection, and a stunning Roberto Cavalli gown for her plaque moment — this wasn’t just a concert. And in true Miley form, she got real. Reflecting on her evolution as an artist, she revealed that performing past hits “acts as a mirror” for her. “So many of the songs I’ve written through brokenness… and now that I feel so whole and complete… it’s created this very beautiful mosaic that I can honor and admire.”

Throughout the film, we also see the softness behind the strength — something Miley’s fans have always loved her for.
“A lot of my songs are about resilience,” she shares, hoping fans can “see strength in me, in my softness.”
