Gabby Meets Clayton’s Family
Gabby was the first to meet Clayton’s family that week, but before she did Clayton had a lot of explaining to do to his family. Clayton told his family that he is “in a really bad spot” as he explains that he told three women he loves them. Clayton had to tell his family what unfolded in the past Moms worried and shocked as Clayton says he fell in love with three women. Clayton had to explain what unfolded with Susie. That’s when Bachelor Nation’s unexpected favorite person from the episode stepped in. Clayton’s dad flat out told him, “You have to understand they don’t want to be second or third they want to be first.” Clayton told his family that both women took what happened hard. Again Clayton’s dad was not afraid to share his thoughts saying, “You screwed the pooch in my opinion.”
After Clayton left his family with that bombshell he had to go grab Gabby. Gabby was in a much better mood with a smile on her face and even gave Clayton a kiss. When Gabby got inside, Clayton’s mom got emotional as she shared how much she loves her son. Then Clayton’s mom pulled Gabby to the side for a quick chat. It was her she asked Gabby what made her change her mind and decide to stay. That’s when Gabby shared, “I don’t think I could give up a man like him”. Their chat was short and sweet as Gabby talked about her feelings for Clayton.
Gabby still had to meet Clayton’s dad. Clayton’s dad vocalized his respect for Gabby’s decision to walk away. Gabby nodded and thanked him and told him how hard it was for her to make that decision. Gabby shared her thoughts on how she was scared to meet the family with them knowing she almost left. But, she reassured that she has strong feelings for Clayton and is happy she stayed. Clayton’s dad explained that what transpired the night before could be what makes them stronger.
