Coi Leray has been making her name known in the rapping industry! Thanks to her fire beats and even catchier hooks, the New Jersey rapper was able to score Nicki Minaj on her latest track, “Blick Blick.”
Dropping both the audio and visual today (March 18), the video starts with Leray’s verse as she can be seen dancing and rapping in a sultry way. Suddenly, Minaj comes out in a black and white wig as she walks around a colorful set, spitting straight bars. The duo comes together as they are seen shooting paintball guns at other individuals dressed in blue jumpsuits.
Leray and Minaj had some drama leading up to the release after Leray’s father, Benzino, leaked that the two rappers collabed on the song.
After finding out about this, Minaj decided to pull the track. The rapper revealed this after responding to a tweet saying, “I did pull it. 🎀 but the label hit me going hard. But rlly I had a private convo w/coi & that’s what changed my mind. Not the label.,” continuing with, “I just felt bad that she was robbed of telling the world in her own way @ her own time. But that’s water under the bridge now. Good vibes all 2022.”

Minaj also tweeted that it would take fans a minute to learn the song, sharing that if they want to try and keep up with the rap verse they would have to practice “breathe control”.
