WATCH: ROZES Talks New Songs, Collaborations and Tour

There’s no denying that ROZES is a badass when it comes to her music. With over half-a-billion streams to date, she uses her distinct, sultry vocal outside of music to empower women, spread body-positivity and self-love, and promote mental health awareness.

This fall is the busiest ROZES has ever had, as she just dropped two singles and will be hitting the road with MAX starting this Thursday. The first track, “Girls On Boys”, is a collaboration with Galantis, while the second is an original called “Famous.”

“Girls on Boys” has received major support from Spotify, streaming New Music Friday, Hits Don’t Lie, Brand New, Absolute Fresh, and 96 other playlists worldwide! “Famous” is not at all about what it sounds like; it’s much more personal and heart-felt.

“There’s a different side to [it], which is more important than materialistic things and paparazzi,” ROZES says about “Famous.” “Everyone is famous in their own way through the people you surround yourself with, because their love and attention will always make you feel like you’re in the limelight.”

Celeb Secrets caught up with ROZES recently to talk about her new music and upcoming tour. She also talked about categorizing herself as an EDM artist and the stereotype that comes with it.

“I’ve been avoiding that term for awhile now and I don’t know why. It’s kind of like when people say ‘I’m not just a pop artist.’ It’s a genre that just found me so I guess I’m blessed for it,” ROZES shared.

“I think there is a stereotype behind it just because it seems to be such party music, but if you were to listen to anything that I’ve done, you can tell that my lyrics are not party lyrics. It’s kind of the energy that matches the emotion that I like.”
