On Thursday (September 5), the brand that has been worn by Beyonce, Jennifer Lopez, Bebe Rexha, Becky G, Ashanti, Lil Kim, Tessa Hilton, Hannah Stocking, Fantasia Taylor and Lala Kent, showed an array of elegant statement pieces during its Spring/Summer 2020 runway show at NYFW: The Shows 2019.
With petal cutouts, intricate embroidery, and mesh details throughout each look, designer Rufat Ismayilwas was inspired by the rare orchid that grows exclusively in his home country, Azerbaijan, The Kahri Bulbul. Everything was strategically placed to hug every curve, and all strong-willed women will feel confident and romantic while wearing the dresses.
Every seat in the house was filled, with a notable front row including WWE wrestler CJ Perry, Love & Hip Hop’s Nya Lee, Miss USA Chelsie Kryst, recording artist and social media star Jerrika Karlae, US Soccer player Ricky Lopez-Espin, Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jennifer Aydin, and Orange is the New Black star, Francesca Curan.
