Caroline Jones is doing all the things… literally.
Between recording new music with Zac Brown Band (yes, that album with Dolly Parton and Snoop Dogg), gearing up for their upcoming Las Vegas Sphere residency, and working on her own acoustically rich solo project slated for early 2026, the multi-instrumentalist, songwriter, and new mom is somehow managing to do it all — and she’s turning that chaos and beauty into art.
Her new single, “All The Things,” dropped on October 1 via Nashville Harbor Records & Entertainment, and it truly captures what Jones calls “a snapshot of the last two years of my life — being a new mom and navigating being a touring musician with parenthood.”
“I wrote this song last year after I had just come off the Zac Brown Band, Kenny Chesney and Megan Moroney stadium tour,” Jones tells Celeb Secrets in an exclusive interview. “It reminds me of that era of my life with a newborn, breastfeeding in cars and changing diapers backstage. It was very hectic, but there was also a momentum to it that was very exciting and brand new.”
That push and pull — between exhaustion and exhilaration, career and motherhood, chaos and calm — is the heartbeat of “All The Things.” It’s a deeply personal track, but one that hits home for working parents everywhere.
“This is a topic that I’ve wanted to write about since I was pregnant,” Jones explains. “Country music is such a family-oriented genre, but it surprises me that there aren’t more songs about the reality of juggling as a mom. I wanted ‘All The Things’ to be an anthem for all kinds of moms, especially working moms, because the balance is such a challenge for everyone.”

The song, co-written and co-produced by Jones alongside Emily Weisband, Liz Rose and Brandon Hood, doubles as a thank-you note to the support system that makes her whirlwind world possible — namely, her husband. “As much as it’s an empowering anthem for moms,” she adds, “it’s also a love letter thanking him, saying, ‘baby, with you I can do all the things.’”
And while the message resonates deeply with mothers, Jones’ signature storytelling and bluegrass-inspired production give it a timeless, rootsy feel that any country fan can rally behind. “I hope this song is a rally cry for moms in their best times and in their hardest,” she says. “Even on days when you don’t feel like you can rock the baby and chase the dream.”
Motherhood, she admits, has changed her creative process in ways she never could have imagined. “It sounds like a cliché, but it’s really true. Becoming a mom has made me better in every area of my life,” Jones shares. “It’s made me stronger, more centered, more empathetic, more nurturing; and those are superpowers as a songwriter.”
That growth shows in her upcoming material, including “All The Things” and recent releases “Divorce In A Small Town” and “No Tellin.” Her next record, expected in early 2026, leans into an acoustic, roots-driven sound filled with emotional depth. “It’s very lush, very raw and intimate lyrically,” she says. “It’s about the different colors and eccentricities — the different shades of life, not just the pretty ones.”

Still, balancing tour life, recording sessions, and motherhood hasn’t come without its challenges. “This is another level of multitasking,” Jones laughs. “The biggest challenge is realizing when I’m overextending myself because I want to show up for my son in a certain way. He reminds me to slow down and prioritize my own needs and happiness because if I don’t, it affects how I show up for him.”
She’s learning to see that infamous “mom guilt” in a new light, too. “Sometimes it’s constructive — it’s your heart telling you something needs to change,” she says. “Other times it’s just us beating up on ourselves. I’m learning to tell the difference, and not expect perfection or perfect balance all the time.”
When it comes to her village, she’s quick to acknowledge that she doesn’t do it alone. “First and foremost, my husband,” she says without hesitation. “I’m able to continue this career because of his engagement and support. Our families help, we have a wonderful babysitter, but it really comes down to that partnership and his belief that our son watching his mom on stage doing something she loves is valuable. I feel so blessed for that perspective.”
That mindset carries into everything she touches, including her work with Zac Brown Band, who she calls her “musical family.” Their upcoming album Love and Fear (out this December) marks Jones’ first full-length project as an official member of the group, a milestone she’s “so proud” of. And the band’s highly anticipated residency at Las Vegas’ Sphere promises to push the boundaries of what country music can be.
“Our Sphere residency is going to be otherworldly epic,” she gushes. “It’s Zac’s brainchild, his vision, his masterpiece. At the level ZBB sits at, it’s hard to find new creative challenges — but Zac keeps finding ways to do that. Everyone’s bringing their A-game.”

Between balancing tour rehearsals, late-night songwriting sessions, and mom life, Caroline’s clearly thriving in this new season — one filled with gratitude, purpose, and a whole lot of tea, yoga, and guitars. “My younger self would be shocked that I’m married and have a child,” she says with a laugh. “She’d be shocked I could balance so much, and I think she’d be really proud.”
Because if there’s one thing Caroline Jones has proven, it’s that you can truly do all the things as long as your heart’s in the right place.
