KJ Apa is tackling his newest role — becoming a father!
He and his model girlfriend, Clara Berry welcomed their first child together, named Sasha Vai Keneti Apa. The baby boy was born on Friday, September 23.

However, the model took to her Instagram on Sunday to post about her bundle of joy. Berry proceeded to comment, “I am the luckiest to have now two men of my life, filling my heart with this cosmic gigantic vast love,” when sharing the first looks of her baby.
The exciting news had tons of people congratulating the pair, including plenty of Apa’s Riverdale costars – Lili Reinhart, Camila Mendes, and Madelaine Petsch, sending their love in the Instagram comments.
Although the actor didn’t post anything about the news, he did give credit to his baby mama, Berry, in a post about his newest album, Clocks. “Thank you, @clara.berry, for taking my love for you to another dimension this week,” says Apa. The model is also featured in a song from the album.
The couple first made their relationship publicly official in February 2020, with a PDA-filled Instagram post captioned “Coup de foudre (Love at first sight),” which has since been deleted. However, the two still share their comfort with each other all over social media. Berry also used the platform as a way to show off her baby bump after the two announced the pregnancy back in May.
