Celeb Secrets: Congratulations on the release of your new music video! What inspired the visual?

MB: “I wrote the song with my co-writer and producer, Ben Wylen, and when I was singing the song, the video’s visuals were popping into my head, and I wrote them down. When it was time to storyboard the video, I went back to those notes, and they fit perfectly.”

CS: The video looks like it was a ton of fun to film. Do you have a favorite part?

MB: “Yes, dancing inside the bus was so much fun; the energy and vibe of everyone was so amazing, especially while the bus was driving around the school. By far, one of my favorite parts of the video.”

CS: What was the most challenging or difficult part to film?

MB: “The most challenging and scariest part of filming was dancing on top of the bus with my band. I’m afraid of heights; however, when the director yelled action, I knew what I had to do. Not for nothing, but it was helpful; they put padded mats down just in case.”

CS: It really sounds like you are discovering your sound. What can fans expect from your upcoming music?

MB: “I co-wrote all the songs that are coming out. Honestly, I’m excited about each song. If you like ‘F-U,’ hold on, the party is just starting!”

CS: Since we are Celeb Secrets, can you share a secret behind-the-scenes moment from filming?

MB: “We filmed at a working school that was closed for the day. I was getting ready for the next shoot, so I placed my clothes on a wall to change into for the next scene. When I was done filming in the courtyard, I returned to my clothes covered in red ants; I did not know to laugh, scream or cry simultaneously, I was filled with many emotions. I will always remember that!”
