Get ready to sing and dance, because Disney+ just dropped the trailer for the third season of High School Musical: The Musical: The Series.
In the new season, the Wildcats are taking on summer camp at Camp Shallow and are set to put on a production of the hit film Frozen.
The summer is sure to be filled with romance, drama, and of course music as they put on the production of the summer.
In the new trailer for the show, fans will see some familiar faces including popstar Olivia Rodrigo and singer Joshua Bassett. Bassett’s character, “Ricky,” seems to be joining his fellow Wildcats at camp as he can be seen auditioning for a part in the production. As for Rodrigo’s character, “Nini,” fans will have to wait and see if she will be joining the others on the trip.
This season, exciting new characters are entering the mix, including Jesse Tyler Ferguson, JoJo Siwa, and original High School Musical star, Corbin Bleu. Ferguson is set to play “Marvin,” who happens to be an old family friend of Rodrigo’s character, “Nini;” Siwa’s character, “Madison,” is a fellow Camp Shallow Lake Alum. She can be seen stepping out in true JoJo Siwa fashion with a sparkly suit greeting the Wildcats.
In the trailer, Bleu is also the one to deliver the news to the campers they will be putting on a production of Frozen.
To see the return of your favorite Wildcats and new guest stars, make sure to tune into the premiere of season three on July 27 exclusively on Disney+.
