Nia Sioux is going back to VidCon this year and it’s definitely going to be one that her fans won’t ever forget.
The 19-year-old dancer, actress and social media influencer’s time at the convention will be a little different than previous years, as VidCon is now a year-round virtual event celebrating the biggest online video and digital stars with VidCon Now.
“I’ve loved going to [VidCon]. Two years ago I was able to dance, sing and perform and it was so much fun. I love the energy at [VidCon] because its just a bunch of exciting and incredibly creative people there at the same time meeting each other, engaging and creating content,” Nia tells Celeb Secrets over Zoom. “I’m really happy that we were able to do some sort of VidCon this year and actually get to meet fans and engage with them as well because it’s been a struggle to do so.”
Later today, Nia will be participating in VidCon Now’s AMA Series that allows the global community of fans to get up close and personal with today’s top creators. Free to anyone who RSVPs at the link here, Nia will be online answering all her fans’ questions beginning at 12PM PT today (February 10) during Cool Out with Nia Sioux, giving them a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that they will never forget.
“It’s been such a long time since I’ve seen or engaged with fans in person, and this is why I’m really excited that [VidCon] is doing this for me. I get to have the chance and opportunity to talk to fans and supporters and get to engage with them,” Nia shares. “They can ask me anything about what’s been going on since it’s been such a long time. I’m really excited to actually be able to talk to them and for them to ask me questions because its so hard to communicate through social media right now, so this is great way for me to actually just get time to spend with them.”
