Niall Horan‘s single “Slow Hands” is No. 1 at Top 40 Radio. The track is the second single from Horan’s upcoming solo debut album Flicker, which will be released by Capitol Records on October 20. The album is available for pre-order here.
“When I released ‘This Town’ last year I had no idea how people would respond,” says Horan. “Now to find out that my second single, ‘Slow Hands,’ is the number one song in the U.S. this week, it’s really blown me away. Thanks so much to everyone for supporting the track!”
Platinum-certified in the U.S., Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and The Netherlands, “Slow Hands” went straight to Number One in 44 countries upon its release in May. It now has more than 820 million combined streams worldwide. Views of the lyric video exceed 76 million.
Horan, who has sold over 70 million records as part of the all-conquering One Direction, launched his solo career with “Slow Hands” and the single “This  Town.” Last week he released a new single, “Too Much To Ask,” which USA Today has named its “Song Of The Week,” calling it “an emotional ballad with just the slightest hint of a country twang.”
Tickets are on sale now for the North American leg of Horan’s “Flicker World Tour 2018.” Country superstar and “Seeing Blind” collaborator Maren Morris will join to support the new dates. Visit http://www.niallhoran.
