4. Rodrigo’s real life friends being featured in the film as prom attendees.
It’s safe to say that prom wouldn’t be the same without your best friends by your side! Rodrigo rounded up some of her real-life close friends to partake in the festivities with her. Lydia Night, Conan Gray, Iris Apatow, and Madison Hu can be seen supporting the singer at the beginning and end of the special. In the last minute of the film, all four of Rodrigo’s friends join her in a group hug and proceed to walk off the field with their arms wrapped around each other. We adore this group of best friends!
