Scott Disick Admits It Hurts To See Kourtney Kardashian With Other Men

Scott Disick is finally opening up about how painful it is to see his ex with other men.

In a Keeping Up With The Kardashians (KUWTK) sneak peek this afternoon (April 20), Disick works up the nerve to finally confront his former girlfriend, Kourtney Kardashian about his feelings.

In the brief clip, Disick catches Kourtney sitting outside all by herself and he grabs a seat only a few chairs away from her. Without further ado, he cuts straight to the point and explains how much it bothers him when he sees Kardashian flirting with a lifeguard.

Amid the accusation, Kardashian quickly responds by assuring Disick she was only making conversation. At first take, it seems a bit hypocritical considering Disick’s long history of being spotted with supermodels young enough to be his little sister. However, as he continues the confrontation we can’t help but feel a pang of sympathy when it sounds like he’s tearing up.

“Maybe it’s just in my head,” he dishes in a sincere tone. “Seeing you around any guy bothers me.”

Kardashian is practically speechless at first until she interrupts him to say, “I’m not [flirting], I promise.”

This prompts Disick to do some really quick soul-searching, making him realize he must have been insecure all along. “It hurt me when you were with somebody else,” he reveals.

Going forward, we can surely expect the final season of KUWTK will shed some light on the future planning stages for the former couple as they navigate parenthood. Disick says part of the turmoil will involve worrying about what comes next in Kardashian’s dating life.

Disick admits that he used to hate waking up to photos of Kardashian with other men, because it put him in an unhealthy headspace which he no longer copes with as they’re both single again.

Before the heartwarming scene between the two parents cuts out, Disick leaves Kardashian with a call to action saying they need to decide whether they should lead the rest of their lives together or apart.

“It’s definitely difficult that Kourtney and I spent basically 90 per cent of our lives together trying to travel together, do everything together, see each other everyday and you know the only difference is that at the end of the day or at the end of the night, we kind of part ways and go and sleep in separate houses, and this whole limbo state isn’t that cool anymore,” he explains in an interview. “I surely don’t want us both to wake up and be 50 years old and doing the same thing.”
